Ink Tattoo Studio Regulations

  1. The client is obliged to read the contents of these regulations and to comply with them.
  2. The client agrees to the processing of their personal data solely for the purpose of booking and performing the service, in accordance with GDPR policy.
  3. The client declares that they have familiarised themselves with the artist's portfolio and accept their working style.
  4. Smoking, drinking alcohol, and using intoxicating and psychoactive substances are strictly prohibited in the studio. The studio reserves the right to refuse to perform the procedure on persons under the influence of the aforementioned substances.
  5. We only perform procedures on adults. If you are under 18 years of age, we require written consent and the presence of a legal guardian during the tattoo procedure.
  6. Children and animals are not allowed in the studio.
  7. Please do not come with accompanying persons without prior arrangement with the Tattoo Artist. The Tattoo Artist reserves the right to ask third parties to leave if their presence makes the work difficult.
  8. We only work with our own designs. We do not copy other artists' work. The exception is receiving written consent from the original artist to use their design.
  9. We do not send designs in advance. The design is always presented to the client on the day of the session, and this is when any changes and corrections are made. We do not tattoo intimate areas, the tongue, the inside of the mouth, or offensive symbols.
  10. We perform cover-ups of offensive tattoos and post-surgical scars at prices reduced by 20%.
  11. The Tattoo Artist may refuse to perform the procedure without giving a reason if no booking with a deposit has been made.

PAYMENTS AND BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT

  1. Tattoo prices are determined individually. Prices are non-negotiable.
  2. Design corrections made in the studio are counted towards the session time.
  3. After agreeing on a tattoo date, the client is obliged to pay a deposit to the bank account number provided by the Tattoo Artist within 3 working days. After making the payment, please send a payment confirmation. Failure to pay the deposit / failure to provide payment confirmation is equivalent to cancelling the booking.
  4. Payment of the deposit is equivalent to acceptance of the regulations.
  5. The deposit is included in the final price of the procedure.
  6. The deposit is non-refundable in the following cases:
    • Failure to inform the artist/studio about absence and failure to appear for the booked session.
    • If the client wishes to cancel or reschedule the session 3 days or less before the booked session.
    • If the client is more than 15 minutes late without giving a reason.
  7. It is possible to reschedule the appointment once (with retention of the deposit), but no later than 4 days before the procedure date.
  8. Payment in the studio can only be made in cash. Please prepare the exact amount if possible.

IN THE STUDIO

  1. It is forbidden to touch the Tattoo Artist's work surface and tools. It is forbidden to touch the skin where the stencil has been applied. Failure to comply with the above may result in temporary or permanent health issues for the client, for which the Tattoo Artist is not responsible.
  2. Ink Studio guarantees the sterility of the materials used and their compliance with European Union requirements.
  3. The Tattoo Artist has the right to interrupt or refuse the procedure in situations where:
    • The condition of the client's skin is a contraindication to tattooing (tan, diseased skin, damaged skin).
    • The client's behaviour makes further work impossible.
    • The client's health condition suddenly deteriorates.
    • The Tattoo Artist's health condition suddenly deteriorates.

AFTER THE PROCEDURE

  1. After the procedure, the client receives guidance on tattoo healing and tattoo aftercare, either online or in printed form.
  2. Failure to follow the recommendations, any negligence, and changes to aftercare made on the client's own initiative without prior consultation with the Tattoo Artist release the studio from responsibility for any consequences of such actions in terms of the quality of the healed tattoo.
  3. If, despite following the recommendations, defects in the tattoo (its outline or filling) are visible after healing (on average 3–4 weeks, no more than 6 weeks), the client is requested to contact the studio to arrange a touch-up session. The client is entitled to one free touch-up.
  4. If the client requests a touch-up after the above-mentioned period (i.e. a maximum of 6 weeks from the date the tattoo was made), it will be performed for a fee.
  5. Adding elements or colour (which were not approved in the original design) does not constitute a touch-up and will be performed for a fee.
