About the artist
Who's behind these tattoos.
Maladriela, privately Maja, has been drawing for as long as she can remember. It started with “My Little Pony” and “Sailor Moon” on loose sheets, in notebooks, and in the margins, then came art classes and her first more serious attempts at illustration. In 2017 she started tattooing in Ireland, and over time she also worked in several other countries, getting to know different approaches to tattooing and working with people.
These days she's closest to black, illustrative blackwork: clear linework, simple highlights and shadows, and motifs that have something to say. During sessions she focuses on naturalness and calm. She works one-on-one, without random onlookers or distractions.
Maja wants you to feel at her place like you're at a trusted person's home, not in an anonymous workplace. She treats every tattoo as a joint project: you come with your story and ideas, she adds her experience and linework, so that together you create a design that will look good and wear well for years.
About the studio
A studio that moves at its own pace.
Ink Tattoo is an intimate tattoo studio in Elbląg run by Maladriela, or Maja. It was created with people in mind who prefer a calm, one-on-one session instead of a loud studio with constant traffic. The space is small but thoughtfully arranged: a comfortable workstation, good lighting, a clean back room, and a few details that feel more like home than a typical workplace. The idea is to make it easy to take a breath and focus on why you're here.
Sessions are booked in advance for a specific time. At the beginning, there's space to calmly look through the design and make any adjustments if needed, and only then does the real work begin, with music and conversation.
The studio operates according to simple but consistent hygiene rules: single-use materials, trusted pigments, thorough disinfection before and after each session, and clear aftercare instructions. Thanks to this, you can focus on the experience and your new tattoo, with the quiet confidence that everything else is simply taken care of.
